Portraits With A Friend Workshop

  • Brew HaHa - Trolley Square 1400 North Dupont Street Wilmington, DE, 19806 United States (map)

The Glad Suite Collaborative at Brew HaHa Workshop Series

May is Friendship Month at The Glad Suite Collaborative, and we’re exploring friendship portrait style! Bring a friend and create a portrait of each other, or come make a new friend and get to know them through this portrait workshop! Once you complete your portraits, you can swap (each keeping the one the other made), or hold onto your own creations to bring home.

Not into Realism? Not a problem! We’ll discuss many ways to make a portrait no matter your style or skill level, including single line portraits, expressionist portraits, even portrait poems!

“Daughter” by Carly Maiorano

Looking to put a Mother’s Day twist on this workshop? It’s a great one for any creative adult and kiddo to do together, with a portrait of each of them to come home with. Or with family pricing available, you can bring the whole family and complete the set!

At this workshop you will create a work on paper with a friend, family member, or creative community member. You will have access to watercolor, colored pencil, ink, oil pastels, and more for this workshop.

Coffee will be provided, and the full menu of the Brew HaHa Trolley Square Cafe will be available for purchase during this workshop!
